–  The Glow use purely botanical ingredients, with the exception of Wonderbalm, where we use beeswax from German organic beekeepers to support them in preserving and protecting the bee population.

– They also pay attention to pure origin and fair conditions for the raw materials. For example, their Cupuacu butter is wild crafted by indigenous farmers in the Amazon, the Cleansing Cloths from a women’s cooperative in India and the prickly pear seed oil from a cooperative in Morocco.

– The Glow has been plastic-free from the start, our packaging is made of glass and can be recycled, e.g. for your homemade cosmetics.

Refusing to pay customs

IMPORTANT: Any import or customs duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient on receipt of the parcel. If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Vyable Beauty, a shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

We want to make sure you're super happy with your experience, so if you believe there is something wrong with your order (we try our best, but we're a small team and sometimes we make mistakes!). Please contact our team at orders@vyablebeauty.com and we will look into it for you ASAP.

We believe in the power of conscious beauty (we try everything before we stock it), so only want to bring you the best out there. For that reason, we have a 365 day no-fuss returns policy. If you think the product you ordered doesn't work with your skin, we kindly ask that you consider donating it to a loving friend or family member (this helps the planet, as we can't resell something that has been used 😔). 

If you truly don't love what you ordered, let our Happiness Team know by email at customercare@vyablebeauty.com who will issue our returns address.

Once a return has been received, we will process a refund within 12 days.
