After Climate change suddenly became 'real' and we spent many hours watching countless bare all documentaries about the truth of the beauty industry, we realised that we had to think about our role in all of this and how we could contribute to a cause that's greater than us all.
Let's be honest, we're only human and the thought of changing those comfortable life long habits we've embedded in our daily functioning, in one simple day, is really quite scary. For us, we decided to start somewhere and couldn't think of a better place than our beauty regime.
We spend so much time carefully understanding what to eat, what supplements to take and when to exercise in an effort to look after our bodies but sometimes we forget to stop and think about the chemicals we put on our lovely faces. The truth we discovered about all those products we swore by and loved was that they were not only bad for the environment, but also for our skin.
