What makes Skin Regimen so special?

Skin Regimen is a CO2 neutral brand that sponsors a reforestation program to compensate for the carbon dioxide emissions caused during packaging production. It’s formulated and manufactured in in Parma, Italy, where they utilize electricity from renewable resources.

Skin Regimen is part of the Davines Group which is a certified B Corporation; a new type of company that strives to use business as a force for good, ensuring the highest standards of overall social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability. To become certified organisations must meet a strict criteria across the following:

• The environmental and social impact of the products life cycle.
• The reduction in product packaging materials through a more responsible product design with lower environmental impact. 
• The reduction of waste, and an increase in the percentage allocated to recycling.
• The attention to the welfare of company staff.
• The involvement of all suppliers in the certification path.

Refusing to pay customs

IMPORTANT: Any import or customs duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient on receipt of the parcel. If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Vyable Beauty, a shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

We want to make sure you're super happy with your experience, so if you believe there is something wrong with your order (we try our best, but we're a small team and sometimes we make mistakes!). Please contact our team at orders@vyablebeauty.com and we will look into it for you ASAP. 

365 Day No-Fuss Returns 

We believe in the power of conscious beauty (we try everything before we stock it), so only want to bring you the best out there. For that reason, we have a 365 day no-fuss returns policy. If you think the product you ordered doesn't work with your skin, we kindly ask that you consider donating it to a loving friend or family member (this helps the planet, as we can't resell something that has been used 😔). 

If you truly don't love what you ordered, let our Happiness Team know by email at customercare@vyablebeauty.com who will issue our returns address.

Once a return has been received, we will process a refund within 12 days.
